This is another one of those prompts that I feel can be interpreted in more than one way and personally those are my favourite kind of prompts. Right this second if I weren’t doing this there would be one of two things that I’d be doing. The first is that I’d be playing Sims 4, as it’s a current obsession of mine. The second is that I’d be tidying my bedroom, a chore that desperately needs doing but that I’ve been putting off for ages.
However, if I take doing this to mean this challenge I’ve set myself of doing a prompt a day, then I’m not 100% sure what I’d be doing. I set myself this challenge when I discovered I had a lot of free time and decided that I wanted to work on my creative writing skills. I think if I weren’t doing this then I’d be finding some other way to challenge myself and occupy my time.
I’d possibly be learning a new language, though I’m also trying to do that at the moment as well. I’d most likely be trying to do a lot of my cross-stitch stuff, which is something I have been neglecting a little bit recently, though I really need to get back into it as it’s great for helping me cope with my anxiety.
In short, if I weren’t doing this I’d probably be doing something else that I find fun and creative. The question is, what would you be doing if you weren’t reading this?
